As all payments are collected following session completion or in accordance with the below cancellation policy, no refunds will be issued.
Appointments are scheduled to meet your needs. If for any reason, you are unable to keep your appointment, please call the office at 321-200-0526 or send an email to holly@edennutritioncounseling.com at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, otherwise you will be charged the full rate for the time scheduled. A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS is required for cancelling appointments. Please note, if you have a Monday appointment, the 24-hour notice will require cancellation by the scheduled session time on the Friday before. Again, appointments cancelled within 24 HOURS of your appointment time, or after the scheduled time on the Friday before for Monday appointments, will be billed for the FULL SESSION RATE.
